Klarent Hospitality Limited is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations across the group and to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue targets are achieved.

You will work with the General Manager and Deputy GM to manage capital projects, budgets, service standards and staff development, while driving continuous improvement and responding to audits. This role requires passion, teamwork and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in hotel/operations management.
• Ability to develop and monitor hotel budgets and strategic goals.
• Proven track record of delivering high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operational management to meet revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with General/Deputy General Manager on capital projects and service delivery improvements.
• Develop budgets and long-term goals; lead department heads and staff.
• Respond to audits and ensure adherence to service standards and cost controls.
• Drive guest feedback loops and continuous improvement across departments.
