The Noel Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of a large Cork hotel. You will play a key role in guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial performance while leading departmental managers and teams.

Based in Cork, the role requires hospitality experience and strong leadership. The position offers a competitive salary and clear career progression within a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Assist with staffing, recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Act as the senior manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
