Noel Group is partnering with a prestigious client in Galway to recruit a Deputy General Manager for a large hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to support the General Manager in daily operations and drive guest satisfaction, operations excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will lead and motivate departmental managers, ensure high service standards, monitor budgets and KPIs, and contribute to revenue

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Proven ability in leadership and people management.
• Experience in the same role or readiness to step forward.
• Based in Ireland with right to work (ROI).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of a large hotel. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the overall management of hotel operations.
• Lead and motivate departmental managers and teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained across all departments.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Assist with staffing, recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
• Act as the senior manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits

• Salary per annum: €65,000.
