Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance in line with company standards. You will manage day-to-day operations of a hotel and its staff, including budgeting, planning, organising and directing all accommodation and laundry services.

Responsibilities include ensuring high cleanliness standards across all areas, coordinating with front office, supervising rotas, training staff, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping teams and staff scheduling.
• Ability to oversee budgeting and the housekeeping operating budget.
• Strong leadership, training and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication with front office and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel housekeeping and maintenance operations.
• Ensure highest cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Coordinate staff rotas and supervision for housekeeping.
• Liaise with front office to allocate accommodation.
• Monitor budgets, payroll and energy costs.
