Broadline Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for a leading hotel. The role leads the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across the property.

You will oversee bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house, manage staff, budgets, and compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive guest satisfaction through meticulous operations and staff development.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Manager in a hotel.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage housekeeping operations across bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to hotel standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent performance.
• Monitor inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, and labour cost control within the department.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and fire safety regulations.
