Job summary

Windward Management Limited seeks an experienced hotel professional to lead group hotel integration, pre-opening readiness and ongoing operational coordination across multiple properties. You will liaise with RGMs, GMs, suppliers and Group functions to ensure timely actions, compliance and successful openings.

Ideal candidates will have extensive hotel senior-operational experience, strong procurement and contractor management capabilities, and the travel know-how to work across Windward's

Qualifications

• Significant hotel industry experience.
• Experience with hotel openings and pre-openings.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and value-for-money understanding.
• Experience with health & safety, risk assessments, and contractor compliance.
• Experience in hotel procurement and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support new hotel and hostel openings and integration.
• Coordinate pre-opening actions, procurement, and scheduling to target milestones.
• Monitor compliance, safety documentation and contractor obligations.
• Maintain action trackers and escalate risks to senior management.
• Provide regular progress reports to Group functions and management.
