NYX Hotels Dublin Portobello is launching an 18-month Management Development Programme for graduates with a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality. The programme provides hands-on exposure to hotel operations through department rotations and direct mentorship from senior leaders.

The fixed-term track aims to secure a permanent management role by completion, with strong focus on Duty Manager responsibilities.
