O’Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is seeking an experienced F&B Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department within the hotel. You will lead the team, ensure exceptional service, and manage events and functions to meet guest expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a solid background in hospitality management. This is a full-time, on-site position offering career progression and staff benefits within the collection.

Qualifications

• Experience as a F&B Manager, Supervisor or Duty Manager within a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience across F&B operations, including restaurants, bars and functions.
• Experience leading, supporting and being hands-on with an F&B team.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Fluent in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• You will assist and support the F&B team when required and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Manage all functions and events and ensure they are set up as requested by the customer.
• Ensure quality and standards are met consistently throughout all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Lead, motivate and support the F&B team to deliver a high standard of service.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage operations run efficiently and effectively throughout each shift.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Attention to detail is required to ensure our guests have an excellent dining and service experience.
