Broadline Recruiters in Dublin is seeking a Hospitality Recruiter to join our team, handling temporary roles across Leinster. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Hospitality/Catering/Hotel/Restaurant and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, with daily candidate and client engagement and a focus on growing the desk. Enjoy excellent earning potential through a strong commission structure, with a Monday–Friday office-based schedule in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must come from a Hospitality/Catering/Hotel or Restaurant background (3–5 years minimum).
• Excellent customer service while dealing with clients and candidates.
• Ambitious, results-driven and eager to progress a recruitment desk.

Responsibilities

• Handle an established list of clients on a temp recruitment desk.
• Manage the recruitment cycle from candidate shortlisting to placement.
• Daily interactions with candidates and clients, in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to growth of the Dublin-based desk and overall team.
