Job summary

The Johnstown Estate is recruiting Accommodation Assistants to support our Accommodation team with daily cleaning operations. This is a full-time role within a busy department.

We are seeking reliable individuals with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, either independently or as part of a team. Training and a positive working environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a housekeeping role in a 4 star hotel or similar (advantage)
• Must possess high attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude is required
• Must be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning of all guest rooms is consistently high standard
• Ensure cleaning of all lodges is consistently high standard
• Comply with health and safety procedures
• Comply with Fire Safety procedures
