Big Mamma Group in Ireland is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to lead the Hot Section, prep dishes from scratch, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will train junior cooks, collaborate with kitchen management, and ensure food safety while delivering consistent results. The role is permanent and full-time, with paid meals, staff discount, and wellbeing support across our Dublin restaurants.

Qualifications

• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service
• Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards
• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
• Support and train new team members
• Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
• Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Support your team during busy services
