Job summary

You will work with the General Manager to maintain high standards, drive sales and profitability, and ensure customers receive an excellent experience daily. 40k salary plus benefits, full-time permanent role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service or retail management.
• Ability to lead a high-volume operation.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in developing and retaining a strong, engaged team.
• Lead by example to create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback and support team performance.
• Support training, development and progression across the team.
• Help identify future talent and develop succession plans.
• Promote employee wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance.
• Monitor daily and weekly business performance and respond to challenges.
• Assist with forecasting, rota planning, ordering and production.
