Job summary

Teamworx Ltd. is hiring a General Manager for a busy, internationally known food-to-go brand. You will lead Front of House and Kitchen teams, own shop performance, and develop future leaders in a people‑first culture.

You'll drive exceptional customer experiences, food quality, and profitability, while coaching managers, recruiting, onboarding and training for scalable growth into Area Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality, food retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing business performance.
• Positive, hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Passion for people, food and delivering exceptional standards and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and food quality.
• Create a positive, inclusive culture and build a succession plan for future leaders.
• Coach and develop managers and team members; lead recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Take full ownership of shop performance, labour, stock, waste and profitability.
• Ensure top standards of customer service, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Lead by example during busy trading periods and support teams as needed.

The brand is famous for freshlyprepared, natural food and 100% organic coffee, with every shop featuring itsown on-site kitchen where teams prepare food from scratch throughout the day.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead allaspects of shop operations, overseeing both Front of House and Kitchen teamswhile developing future leaders and taking full ownership of a successful shop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding food quality
• Creating a positive, inclusive culture and building a strong succession plan to develop future leaders
• Coaching and developing managers and team members, and leading recruitment, onboarding and training
• Taking full ownership of shop performance, productivity, labour, stock, waste and profitability
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Leading by example during busy trading periods and supporting teams wherever needed
