Job summary

The Louis Fitzgerald Group, Head Office, Palmerstown, is hiring a Project Manager to support the maintenance and growth of the group and its Dublin venues.

You will oversee planning, execution and finalisation of construction projects, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholders while ensuring safety and quality. The role reports to senior management and requires delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Project Manager experience.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope.
• Experience coordinating with clients, architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, executing and finalising construction projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and financial reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure effective communication among project team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
