Job summary

Dean Group is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for The Dean Docklands in Dublin. Join a hospitality-focused team responsible for day-to-day repairs, preventative upkeep, and safe, welcoming environments for guests and staff.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-presented, supporting a high-quality guest experience across our Dublin hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in hospitality.
• Good interpersonal and guest-facing communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to facilities.
• Support preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with on-site safety compliance and reporting of hazards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
