Job summary

Life Science Recruitment seeks a Key Account Manager to drive sales in targeted Irish hospitals, focusing on oncology and supportive care products. You will be the main point of contact for hospital accounts, aiming to meet sales and profit targets with tailored solutions.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Healthcare/Science background is preferred, Pharmacy Technician experience would be ideal.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/ Science Degree required or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to grow hospital accounts and deliver targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve sales and profitability targets for allocated hospitals.
• Identify and schedule meetings with key stakeholders in hospitals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source and supply competitive products.
• Develop and manage product pipeline with Procurement and Support teams.
• Provide updates on lead times and pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences as required.
• Prepare sales reports and perform regular analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GDP training and SOPs.
