Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is hiring a High Ropes Instructor to deliver fun, safe adventure experiences for guests. You will coach and supervise aerial activities and ensure equipment and safety standards are maintained.

The role is full‑time with shifts 8:00am–5:00pm, including early mornings, weekends and bank holidays. A Sunday premium applies and training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle pressure with good communication.
• Physically capable to meet the demands and work at height.
• Confident, sociable and team‑oriented.

High Ropes Instructor

Longford Forest | €15.73 per hour

Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar

Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About you

• Must be aged 18 years or over
• Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team
