Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Support employee for our client in Dublin. The role requires 2 days onsite (hybrid) with a 12-month contract and potential extension. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support customers, and manage the service desk.

The ideal candidate has ICT helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Android OS and UEM tools like Workspace ONE and Knox. Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Location: Dublin - 2 days onsite (hybrid)

Contract Type:12-month with further extension

Key Deliverables apply to these roles:

• Troubleshoot/diagnose customer technical issues and offering resolution.
• Effectively support customers.
• Update and Management of Service Desk management console.
• Provide efficient and acceptable turnaround to customers Service Requests and Incidents Reports.
• Support colleagues, and peers including Technical and Customer Services through documentation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• To undertake ad hoc tasks from time to time as directed.

Key Experience :

• Experience working in an ICT helpdesk support role
• Excellent customer services skills
• Experience of supporting Android (Mobile) OS devices and users
• Certification/Experience of Omnissa Workspace One UEM
• Certification/Experience of Samsung Knox

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Dependant, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.

Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
