Morgan McKinley is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor in Ireland to oversee daily fund accounting activities and deliver timely NAVs while mentoring a small team of Fund Accountants.

You will review reconciliations, pricing, and corporate actions, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Strong accounting qualifications and 3+ years in hedge fund administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hedge fund administration experience.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes and financial products.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) or willingness to pursue.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reconciliations, pricing, and market value discrepancies.
• Oversee fund accounting duties and supervise a small team.
• Support audits and preparation of fund financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and deadlines.
• Provide training and mentorship to Fund Accountants.
