HS Financial Technologies, Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Fund Accounting Director to lead and coordinate NAV processing across multiple funds. You will work with directors and managers to ensure timely, accurate reporting and drive strategic enhancements of systems, processes and controls.

You will manage up to 30 staff, oversee complex accounting for hedge funds, and maintain strong client and broker relationships while ensuring compliance and high-quality financial and regulatory reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 9 years’ experience with a Hedge Fund Administrator.
• At least 3 years at Manager level.
• Experience with Hedge Fund NAV processes and fund accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in new client meetings, demonstrating HS Financial Technologies software.
• Lead fund accounting teams and coordinate with MDs.
• Manage NAV process including fee calculations, P&L allocations, complex instruments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and act as a key contact for client requests.
• Recruit, train and evaluate fund accounting staff and address performance issues.
• Prepare and review financial and regulatory reports for clients.
• Ensure control environment and risk management across funds.
• Support client transitions to the HSFT platform and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with Investor Services, QA, Business Development, Operations and Compliance.
