Job summary

TP in Ireland is hiring for a Hebrew Language SME and an Operational SME – Hebrew. You will coach and mentor new hire agents, provide real‑time support, resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy, and act as a liaison between training, quality and operations.

This is a full‑time permanent onsite role based in Dublin. Excellent benefits and internal growth await. Applicants must hold a valid permission to work in Ireland; the role does not offer sponsorship.

Qualifications

• This role requires fluent Hebrew and strong 1:1 support skills.
• Experience in shared services or BPO environments is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and analytical capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new hire Agents during nesting phase on the floor.
• Provide Real Time support by resolving inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
• Assist in corrective and preventive action plans for performance improvement.
• Remain knowledgeable about Client products and policies and support changes with training teams.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills with empathy.
• Enforce Client's Terms of Use and review production jobs within turnaround times.
