Hibernia Home Care Group in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Recruitment Executive to grow the Healthcare Assistants team across Newbridge and surrounding towns.

You will own the journey from first contact to start date, collaborating with scheduling and operations to ensure timely staffing. This on-site, full-time role requires 1–3+ years in high-volume recruitment, strong interviewing skills, and a hands-on community approach.

Formación

• 1–3+ years in high-volume recruitment, healthcare a plus.
• Confident interviewer with strong phone manner.
• Organised with strong compliance steps (vetting, right-to-work, references).
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Data-curious; track funnel and fix drop-offs.
• Knowledge of Kildare communities is a real plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run high-volume hiring for Healthcare Assistants against weekly and monthly start targets.
• Manage the full funnel: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and start.
• Run fast phone and video screens, and hold regular in-person interview and assessment days in Newbridge.
• Build a local talent pipeline across sectors and communities.
• Run referral campaigns with our existing Kildare carers.
• Deliver compliant onboarding: Garda Vetting, right-to-work, references.
• Work with Scheduling to prioritise hiring in areas with bigger coverage gaps.
• Keep Fountain Hire accurate and report weekly on applies, screens, interviews, offers, starts, show-rate, time-to-hire, and early retention.
• Test and improve adverts, job boards, social media and local channels to grow applicant flow.
• Represent Hibernia at jobs fairs, open days and community events across Kildare.
