Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an Operations Lead for its Occupational Health division in Ireland. You will oversee service delivery, governance, and client experience, ensuring contractual obligations and standards are met while driving growth across the operational landscape.

You will lead the administration and operations teams, collaborate with clinicians and external partners, and report on performance, budgets, and strategic opportunities to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, or service delivery management.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Occupational Health division and ensure services meet contractual obligations and standards.
• Monitor KPIs including service delivery, clinician utilisation, turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning; drive improvements for efficiency and profitability.
