Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to guide clinical and operational strategy across service lines. You will supervise budgeting, capital projects, and performance reporting in collaboration with site leadership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop analytics, and drive throughput and efficiency while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and reliability within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Required)
• Specialized Knowledge: MS Office Products (including Word, Excel)
• Two - Three years' previous healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Reports on monthly service line trends and provides actionable information to leaders.
• Manages budgeting and execution of service line capital projects.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to drive throughput and efficiency.
• Provides central repository of tools and templates to assist teams.
• Partners with clinical leaders to develop analysis for variance in performance.
• Leads strategic planning with clinical leaders, including goal deployment and daily management.
• Supports business development for the unit with corporate teams.
• Develops and supports cross-functional initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Manages project planning, scope/definition, resource management, progress and status reporting, meetings and budget tracking.
• Provides organizational design and change management support for large-scale initiatives.
• Executes tasks, aligns cross-functional areas, surfaces issues, and maintains documentation.
• Provides analytical support including financial models for growth opportunities.
• Influences leadership decisions to achieve on-time project execution.
• Leads presentations to gain approvals from senior leaders.
• Manages administrative and clinical staff, data analysis, and business planning.
• Oversees staff leave and absences.
• Prepares written communications for managers and stakeholders.

Master's degree

Bachelor's degree with 3 years healthcare experience
