Job summary

Optum is seeking an Associate Finance Director in Dublin to lead financial analytics, planning, and reporting for the pharmacy benefit services teams. The role requires a qualified accountant and a proven track record in corporate finance, analytics, and leadership.

You will drive the network margin forecast, partner with Industry Relations and Contract Management, and present insights to senior finance leaders during monthly closes and quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent credential.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance functions.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or developing analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Office apps, and related tools.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network margin analytics team and coach staff.
• Provide timely financial support for the OptumRx division and its leaders.
• Act as finance point of contact for Industry Relations, Contract Management, Network and Legal.
