Contract: Specified Purpose until December 2026, with potential extension. The position requires independence, reliability, and effective communication with residents, families, and staff, including reporting and log maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in porter, security, healthcare, hospitality, reception or other customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remaining calm in incidents or emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment during night hours.
• Provide visible reception presence, monitor access, and conduct safety checks.
• Support the Night Nursing Officer and staff as required.
• Perform scheduled checks at Elmhurst Nursing Home and Elmhurst Day Hospital, ensuring doors and windows are secured.
• Be able to travel between Highfield Healthcare locations during the shift and respond calmly to incidents.
