Job summary
Cpl Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants across Ireland for one of Ireland’s leading independent nursing home providers. Successful candidates will support residents to live with dignity and independence, following individual care plans, while working as part of a compassionate team.
The role offers a full-time permanent contract with premium rates for Sundays and public holidays, a €1,000 relocation package, and a €800 retention bonus after two years of service.
Qualifications
- Excellent English language skills required.
- EU citizenship required.
- Recent relevant work experience OR a qualification in one of the listed healthcare support areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and overall wellbeing.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
