Qualifications

- Reliable and professional approach to care delivery.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Maintaining a positive outlook in a busy environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Get to know residents' interests and provide companionship.
- Promote and assist mobility, supporting residents safely.
- Assist with personal appearance, hygiene and dignity.
- Communicate with nurses about residents' conditions and daily life.
- Help residents eat/drink and maintain physical comfort.
- Participate in arranging and carrying out social activities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the home.
- Assist with health and safety procedures and duties as needed.
