Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to coach and improve team performance and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day team output and service levels.
• Coach Advisors on technical health and safety queries and act as escalation point.
• Keep the team informed on Group products and services to drive engagement.
• Conduct training with new and existing team members per L&D framework.
• Perform quality assessments, observations and side‑by‑side coaching to ensure accurate client documentation.
