Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in the construction industry.
- Minimum 3 years as a health and safety professional.
- Proven knowledge of incident investigation and reporting.
- Experience delivering safety training to site staff.
- Awareness of lifting operations and temporary works.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and provide sound, industry-leading HSE advice.
- Carry out audits/inspections at prescribed frequencies.
- Lead investigations in incidents in absence of senior managers.
- Engage with enforcement authorities when required.
- Deliver health and safety training to site staff.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and best practice.
