Job summary

Dynamic Safety Solutions are a leading health & safety consultancy delivering practical compliance support across the UK and Ireland. As Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide professional safety guidance to diverse client sites, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will conduct inspections, produce RAMS and safety documentation, and deliver toolbox talks and training as required. A recognised H&S qualification and travel to client sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Health & Safety Advisor or Consultant.
• Recognised Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent health and safety advice to clients across multiple sectors.
• Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety documentation.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support.
