Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the H&S team, ensuring safe, compliant operations across Europe. You will develop policies, drive improvements, and assure compliance with legislation, customer standards, and RAMS requirements.

You will manage risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and emergency planning while collaborating with stakeholders and customer EHS teams to support projects and growth.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification required.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar Health & Safety role.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and industry standards.
• Lead H&S training and awareness initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and crisis management.
• Monitor H&S performance with KPI reporting.
• Manage supplier and contractor H&S compliance.
