Job summary

The Demo Data Ltd. on Irish construction sites requires a proactive Health & Safety supporter who will help ensure legal compliance and foster a safety-first culture. You will learn toward becoming a qualified H&S professional.

Responsibilities include inspections, RAMS preparation, incident investigations, inductions, toolbox talks, and monitoring PPE and hazards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Level 7/8 qualification in H&S or related field is required.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction site operations.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles.
• Good communication skills for site-based work with contractors.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting tools).
• Willingness to learn, adapt and develop in a fast-paced construction environment.

Role

To support the Health & Safety team in ensuring compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and company procedures across active construction sites, while developing the knowledge and skills to become a qualified H&S professional.
