The ideal candidate will come from a civil engineering or main contractor background and have strong practical site experience, with the ability to manage Health & Safety responsibilities independently across multiple sites. This would suit someone who is confident working on their own initiative and looking to continue developing their career, rather than someone operating at a senior level.

  • Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to site management and construction teams.
  • Assist with toolbox talks, inductions and safety training.
  • Monitor site activities and ensure safe systems of work are being followed.
  • Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports.
