INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for a busy civil client based in Wicklow to oversee H&S coordination across multiple construction sites. The role focuses on maintaining policies, developing safety plans aligned with legislation, and driving high standards across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH certified with 5+ years in a similar construction role, capable of leading a HSE team, conducting site visits and audits, and delivering essential training to

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certification required with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction.
• Health and Safety degree or formal qualification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Develop all Health & Safety plans to align with current legislations
• Coordinate all Health & Safety activities on various sites
• Manage and coordinate Health & Safety Officers and Advisors
• Ensure regular site visits and inspections are completed and the relevant paperwork is completed
• Ensure that all accidents / incidents are dealt with appropriately and plans are made to avoid these situations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in regards to Health & Safety processes within the company
• Prepare and coordinate training for all employees
• Attend meetings with Senior Management
• Attend Site Meetings
• Ensure at all times that extremely high standards are maintained throughout the company

INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for a busy civils client to cover construction projects based in Wicklow. They are looking a candidate to contribute to the Health & Safety coordination across the organisation, and in addition support and develop their policies to reduce potential risks.

The successful candidate will be NEBOSH Certified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing in a similar role within the construction sector.

Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities:
