Vhi Group Services DAC is currently recruiting for a permanent Health and Wellbeing Risk Manager position, which may be based in either the Dublin or Kilkenny office. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving the development and operation of the Health & Wellbeing Risk Management Framework, ensuring effective risk oversight, governance and control in alignment with the Group Risk Management Framework. While the role will be primarily based in the successful candidate's chosen location, occasional travel to other Vhi locations may be required.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk within the Group Risk Management Function, with a reporting line into the Chief Clinical Officer, Health & Wellbeing, the role actively participates in the Health & Wellbeing business and provides direct second-line risk management support to the Health & Wellbeing Board and Quality, Safety and Risk Committee (QSRC). The successful candidate will lead and support the organisation's risk management activities, manage one Risk Officer, and work closely with senior stakeholders.
