Job summary

Vhi is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Risk Manager to lead the development and operation of the Health & Wellbeing Risk Management Framework. You will provide second-line risk management support to the Health & Wellbeing Board and QSRC, and manage the Risk Officer while working with senior stakeholders.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, the role involves risk identification, reporting to the Group Risk Management Function, and driving continuous improvement across the H&W entities while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a risk management role, healthcare preferred.
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, or Finance.
• Risk management qualification (Level 7) desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor risks and controls in Health & Wellbeing.
• Produce risk reports for management, executive and Board.
• Lead risk management activities and maintain the Health & Wellbeing risk register.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures and KRIs.
• Escalate risk information to Head of Operational Risk for group reporting.
