Qualifications

• Experience delivering 5* guest service.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Proficiency in English and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Communicate clearly and take a hands-on approach to duties.
• Demonstrate passion for food and wine and upsell from the menu.
• Supervise junior staff and support learning and development.
• Attend training sessions and develop your skills further.
• Show experience in a comparable luxury environment.
• Maintain organisation of your section and local area knowledge.
