Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations at the site(s), including building operations, front of house, events support, and health and safety.
• Make sound, independent operational decisions balancing business impact, risk, cost, and employee experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of workplace services professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own site operational performance by monitoring service levels, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop data-informed recommendations to shape workplace programs aligned with global standards.
