Job summary

Stripe seeks a strategic Workplace Manager for its Dublin office. You will oversee operations, facilities, and programs, partnering with site leads and cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class workplace experience for Stripes, visitors, and candidates.

The role requires 8+ years in workplace/hospitality management, strong vendor and budget management, and exceptional communication. Expect a hybrid/onsite workplace with global standards and local execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace/hospitality management in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong demonstrated ability in facilities management, vendor, and budget management.
• Ability to build relationships with internal partners for cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing a team focused on customer service, hospitality, and operations.
• Ability to synthesize operational data, stakeholder feedback, and business context into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations at your site(s), including building operations, front of house, shipping/receiving, events support, and health and safety.
• Make sound operational decisions balancing business impact, risk, cost, and experience.
• Lead and coach a team of workplace services professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop rapport with locally assigned Stripes.
• Own site operational performance by monitoring service levels and trends.
• Anticipate business needs through understanding local context and company priorities.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to shape workplace programs.
• Ensure contract obligations and service levels are met with continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy and IFM partner on Dublin office opex budget.
• Engage local site leadership to activate the office and foster inclusion.
• Communicate workplace policies and programs clearly.
• Align local implementation with global standards while adapting locally.
• Support Workplace team goals with ad hoc projects.
