Job summary

Glandore is seeking a Head of Workplace Experience, Facilities & Property to lead operations across its Dublin, Cork and Belfast portfolio. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of facilities, hospitality, safety and supplier partnerships.

You will partner with Directors and the Senior Leadership Team to shape scalable processes, driving cost efficiency and exceptional member experiences while guiding ESG initiatives and organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within facilities management, workplace services, hospitality, property management or related sectors.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management capabilities with budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations across Dublin, Cork and Belfast portfolio.
• Develop scalable operational frameworks and standards for growth.
• Drive ESG, safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts and procurement.
• Coach and develop Operational Managers and teams.
