Operations Managers (Dublin, Cork & Belfast) and associated operational teams

Founded over 25 years ago, Glandore is Ireland's leading family-owned workplace provider, delivering premium flexible workspace, meeting rooms and business environments across Dublin, Cork and Belfast.

Our success has been built on exceptional service, strong relationships, operational excellence and an unwavering focus on customer experience.

As the workplace market continues to evolve, Glandore is entering an exciting new phase of growth and development. We are investing in our people, systems and operational capabilities to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding experiences while building a scalable platform for future growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business at a pivotal point in its journey and play a significant role in shaping its future.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional facilities or property management role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operations across our entire portfolio while helping to build the systems, standards, processes and operational capabilities required to support the next stage of Glandore's growth.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness, hospitality-led thinking, people management capability and a passion for continuous improvement.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys building, improving and scaling organisations, not simply maintaining them.
