Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is assisting with the search for a Head of Sales for a well-established kitchens and interiors business. This permanent, full-time role is based in Dublin with regular travel across branch and showroom locations, offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

The Head of Sales will own the overall sales strategy, drive performance across a multi-site network, and embed a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within kitchens, interiors, building materials or a similar industry.
• 5+ years' proven experience in a senior sales management/ leadership role.
• Experience leading multi-site teams or managing through branch/ sales managers.
• A track record of delivering sales and margin growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience implementing KPIs and sales standards.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic planning ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin performance across multiple locations and sales teams.
• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy.
• Set clear KPIs, targets and performance standards.
• Build a strong sales culture with clear accountability.
• Coach and develop branch managers and sales teams.
• Improve sales processes across enquiries, leads, quoting, pricing and CRM activity.
• Support the continued development of the retail customer proposition.
• Work closely with Category Management, Operations, Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Monitor competitor activity, product developments and market trends.
• Maintain a regular presence across branch and showroom locations.
