Morgan McKinley is seeking a Head of Organisational Development & Governance to provide strategic leadership of HR and Recruitment across our multi-site operation in Ireland. You will strengthen organisational structures, governance, and accountability to enable scalable growth and high performance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will advise on employee relations, talent development, GDPR governance, and leadership capability, while partnering with operational managers to deliver

Formación

• Significant senior leadership experience at HR Director/Head level.
• Experience leading teams within sizeable, multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law andemployee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leadership development and governance across the organisation.
• Strengthen onboarding, performance management, succession planning and talent development.
• Advise senior leadership on people strategy, workforce design and governance.
• Oversee GDPR and data protection governance across HR and recruitment operations.
• Analyse turnover and drive engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Partner with operational managers to align HR with business growth.
