Job summary

Ekco is seeking a Commercial Head of Function for Operational Technology to own the OT commercial strategy and drive revenue across Ireland, UK, US and Caribbean. You will convert deep OT expertise into a scalable go-to-market engine, expand managed services and integrate OT into Ekco’s security and managed services.

You’ll lead pipeline, pricing and partnerships while shaping IT/OT convergence. You will build a high-performing commercial team over time, engage senior stakeholders, and travel

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior commercial, sales or business leadership role in OT, industrial automation, industrial cyber security or similar tech services.
• Track record of growing revenue, managing quotas, forecasts and budgets.
• Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical or critical infrastructure customers.
• Strong understanding of OT environments and IT/OT convergence with credibility with engineers.
• Commercial acumen: pricing, contract negotiation, margin management and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the OT commercial strategy, revenue plan and market-entry priorities by geography and sector.
• Own bookings, revenue, margin, recurring revenue mix and forecast accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market with partners, marketing and delivery teams.
• Develop and manage key accounts, renewals and multi-year managed services.
• Lead overall OT sales, account management and pre-sales as the function grows.
