Job summary
European Investment Bank (EIB) focuses on driving the evolution of lending technology across the Bank. As Head of Lending Technology & Applications Division, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape the technology roadmap for lending, and deliver secure, resilient digital solutions that enable financing operations worldwide.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 10+ years leading delivery/operation of critical application portfolios.
- Experience leading multiple tech teams in international environments.
- Proven ability to shape demand and balance business value with tech sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application technologies and architectures.
Responsibilities
- Shape technology strategy and roadmaps for lending applications.
- Provide technical leadership across a diverse application landscape.
- Lead transformation and modernisation of the lending stack.
- Develop and empower the division’s management team.
- Ensure secure, resilient operation of lending applications.
- Manage delivery portfolio, budget, and partnerships with vendors.
- Govern outsourcing and ensure lifecycle ownership within the division.
