Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards to coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across designated External Offices. Based in Luxembourg, you will liaise with payroll providers and legal partners to ensure accurate, compliant HR services.

You will monitor remuneration frameworks, manage external service providers, and support recruitment and onboarding while maintaining records and data in HR systems.

Qualifications

• University degree (minimum) in Human Resources, Law, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, remuneration, payroll, procurement or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment matters.
• Experience in a multicultural international environment is advantageous.
• Experience in managing external service providers and procurement activities.
• Knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., Business Objects, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM) advantageous.
• Excellent command of English and/or French with good knowledge of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices.
• Liaise with local payroll and legal providers to ensure accurate and compliant HR services.
• Review and reconcile payroll outputs, propose amendments, and maintain records.
• Monitor remuneration framework compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in selecting local service providers for payroll management, legal services and health/pension insurance.
• Manage relationships with external providers and monitor contract SLAs.
• Serve as primary HR contact for local agents on remuneration, benefits and contracts.
• Collaborate with Heads of Office and Business Partners to ensure coherent HR responses.
• Ensure data updates in internal HR systems and support HR policy development.
• Support recruitment/on-boarding and participate in cross-functional HR projects.
