Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Dublin seeks a Director IT Systems and Automation to lead systems architecture, design and integration initiatives across the Microsoft environment. You will drive AI and automation projects, partner with finance, operations and investment teams, and own the pipeline from prioritisation to delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems architecture, data, and IT.
• Senior hands‑on leadership with a strong Microsoft environment.
• Experience delivering AI and automation initiatives across business functions.
• Strong data governance and consolidation of reporting across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT through a managed service provider, balancing support with transformation delivery.
• Own the AI and automation pipeline end to end, from prioritising use cases to delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and investment teams to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Lead the AI strategy and implementation partners, building proprietary solutions hands‑on using Microsoft Copilot and Foundry.
• Connect systems to automate and combine reporting from multiple platforms, replacing manual processes.
• Shape data architecture, models, and governance for trust across systems.
• Get more from Oracle Fusion and a Salesforce‑based asset management system through continuous enhancement.
• Set the systems and technology strategy, manage the project budget, and own governance and risk.
