Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Head of FP&A to join its senior finance leadership team. This commercially minded finance leader will influence performance, support strategic decision-making and provide meaningful insights to executive stakeholders across a complex organisation.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, partnering with the leadership team and driving data-driven decision making using Power BI to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering.
• Proven track record in a large scale corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and Power BI expertise with strong commercial judgement.
• A self starter with an autonomous mindset.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership teams and presenting key business insights.
