Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and lead a database software development team.
• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of highly distributed, large‑scale services.
• Identify and lead work on complex, large‑scale systems with major impact.
• Serve as a lead on multi‑team, cross‑functional projects.
• Participate in career development of team members and other managers.
• Partner with senior executives to shape business targets and technical strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to IP through patents/publications.
